The site’s isolation due to rail corridors required significant intervention to create permeability, establish new routes and integrate the development with surrounding land uses.
Phase 1 buildings are nearing completion, Phase 2 structures are complete, and construction of the Phase 3 towers is underway. The adjoining redevelopment of Centre House will add 530 additional homes, including 35% affordable housing, further strengthening the emerging urban quarter.
